These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Calm Casa LLC website, services, booking tools, and SMS program. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. SMS messages are sent only as described below and based on the consent provided through our booking form.

ABOUT CALM CASA

Calm Casa LLC provides home-help, cleaning, meal-preparation, and related household services in the areas listed on our website. Service availability may vary based on location, staffing, scheduling, and the type of service requested.

BOOKINGS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and current information when requesting or booking a service. You are responsible for confirming the service address, appointment time, requested service, access instructions, and other booking details.

You must be at least 18 years old to book services or enter into an agreement with Calm Casa LLC.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed during the booking process or communicated before the service is confirmed. Additional services, time, materials, groceries, or special requests may result in added charges when disclosed and approved.

Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges associated with your booking.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, rescheduling requests, credits, and refunds are subject to the policy shown during booking or otherwise communicated to you.

Calm Casa LLC may reschedule or cancel a service because of staffing issues, weather, safety concerns, illness, incorrect booking information, lack of property access, or other reasonable circumstances. When appropriate, we will work with you to reschedule the service or provide an applicable credit or refund.

PROPERTY ACCESS AND SAFETY

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Please disclose known hazards, aggressive animals, dangerous conditions, or special access requirements before the appointment.

Calm Casa LLC may decline or stop a service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, hazardous, or materially different from the information provided during booking.

SERVICE RESULTS

Service results can vary based on the condition of the property, time booked, requested tasks, available supplies, and reasonable access to the areas being serviced.

If you have a concern about a completed service, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate response.

CALM CASA SMS PROGRAM

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Calm Casa LLC SMS program.

Calm Casa LLC sends non-marketing and marketing text messages to customers who provide consent through our Acuity booking form.

Non-marketing messages may include booking confirmations, appointment updates, scheduling changes, service delays, and customer-care follow-ups.

Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, new services, service announcements, and promotions.

Customers are shown separate consent checkboxes for non-marketing and marketing text messages during the booking process. Consent is provided only when the customer selects the applicable checkbox. Providing a phone number alone does not provide marketing consent.

Consent for marketing text messages is optional, is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services, and is collected through a separate checkbox that is not selected by default.

By selecting an SMS consent checkbox, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and marketing consent. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to (475) 265-8115. After you text STOP, Calm Casa LLC will send one final SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to receive messages again, complete the applicable consent form again.

This information will not be shared with third parties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Calm Casa name, website content, text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by Calm Casa LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may connect to third-party booking, payment, communication, or website services. Calm Casa LLC is not responsible for the independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or actions of those providers.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or services to:

Violate any law
Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with website or service operations
Attempt unauthorized access to an account or system
Harass, threaten, or endanger team members or other people

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Calm Casa LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the website or services.
